BBC Radio Two's Jeremy Vine was in Cardiff today and we were delighted that he chose to visit us at Wally's Delicatessen to talk to Steven about the shop and about his ancestors who moved to Wales from Austria in 1939.

Wally's Delicatessen took home the award in the Best Retailer category at the Cardiff Life Awards which took place at the Cardiff City Hall last night.
The awards celebrate the best independent businesses in the city and reward the success of hard-working teams and individuals from Arts to Watering Holes and everything in between.
News presenter and journalist, Sian Williams, compered the Awards and there was also a performance by Only Men Aloud.

Wally's Delicatessen has won through to the Final of the prestigious Cardiff Life Awards in the Best Retailer category.
The winner will be announced at a Gala dinner which will take place at the City Hall on Thursday 6th March 2014.
